Abstract

The significant contribution of MSMEs to the national economy needs to be supported so that they can survive., develop, and remain competitive in the digitalization era. This study aims to introduse the brand image of MSMEs to consumers through digitalization by providing assistance to enhance the competitive produstivity of MSMEs. The research method employed is Parcipatory Approach using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) design, which serves as a structured method that emphasizes active participation between the research team an MSMEs in this community service activity. The result indicate that digital branding has had a positive impact on the productivity of MSMEs, particularly Birru Digital printing. Digital Access enables MSMEs to promote thei business more easily, quickly, and effectively, while also saving time and capital in intrioducing their brand image and reaching consumers. In addition, MSMEs have begun to receive training in developing concepts and promotional materials that align with their business branding, enabling consumers to better recognize that product and services offered.
